1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialBooster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SocialBooster provides social media growth services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement across various platforms. We act as a reseller of third-party services and do not guarantee specific results, delivery times, or retention rates. Service availability may vary.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed in USD. Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds for individual orders may be issued at our discretion if the service was not delivered as described. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
• Abuse the API with excessive requests beyond rate limits

6. Affiliate and Reseller Program

Participants in our affiliate program earn commissions on orders placed by referred users. Commission rates are set at our discretion and may change. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke commissions in cases of fraud, self-referral, or violation of these terms. Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal.

7. API Usage

API access is provided as-is. You are responsible for securing your API keys. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your API key. API requests are rate-limited and abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to account restrictions or content removal. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialBooster operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
